We refer to the Website, Apps, and other services together as the "Services." This Privacy Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Use.
Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
We collect information you provide directly when you register, place orders, communicate with us, complete intake forms, or participate in surveys. This includes:
Name, address, phone number, date of birth, and email.
Health information including medical conditions, medications, allergies, height, weight, lab results, and other details you provide during your medical intake.
Login credentials, billing information (collected by our payment processors), and identity verification data.
Information about purchases, customer service interactions, demographics, and any user-generated content.
When you use the Services, we automatically collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, time spent on pages, search terms, error logs, and similar information. We collect general location based on your IP and may request your permission to access precise GPS location for customized services.
We use cookies, web server logs, SDKs, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to recognize your device, remember preferences, perform analytics, deliver and measure tailored content and advertising, and assist with security. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; blocking cookies may limit some features.
We may receive information from healthcare partners (including Bask Health, Inc., the physicians, and pharmacies in their network), advertising and analytics providers, social media platforms when you "like" or "follow" us, and other service providers that work on our behalf.
We use the information we collect to:
Provide, manage, and improve the Services and facilitate healthcare services delivered by independently licensed physicians.
Process payments, fulfill orders, verify identity, and administer your account.
Communicate with you about the Services, your account, surveys, promotions, and special events.
Conduct internal research and analytics to better understand our user base and improve the Services. Published research is presented in de-identified or aggregate form.
Measure, customize, and deliver advertising and content.
Comply with applicable laws and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Protect the safety and security of the Services and our users.
We may combine information collected through the Services with information from other sources, and we may aggregate or de-identify information for any lawful purpose.
We use third-party analytics services (such as Google Analytics, including Google Signals and similar features) to understand how the Services are used, audit traffic, and improve features. To opt out of Google Analytics, you may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or adjust your Google Ads Settings.
The Services may integrate third-party advertising technologies (such as Meta/Facebook and Google Ads) that use cookies, pixels, and similar tools to deliver advertising for ProMultis LLC products on the Services and on other websites and apps. To opt out of interest-based advertising, visit the Network Advertising Initiative, the Digital Advertising Alliance, or Your Online Choices. Mobile operating systems (iOS, Android, Windows) provide their own controls for in-app advertising preferences.
If you receive email from us, we may use clear GIFs or similar tools to measure when emails are opened or links are clicked.
Do Not Track. We do not currently respond to browser-initiated "Do Not Track" signals, but we provide the opt-out mechanisms described above.
We may share your information with:
Healthcare providers and our clinical operations partner Bask Health, Inc. to schedule and provide healthcare services, fulfill prescriptions through pharmacy partners, and coordinate care.
Service providers performing services on our behalf, such as billing, advertising, analytics, customer service, shipping, fraud prevention, payment processing, IT, security, and legal services.
Affiliates and subsidiaries within the ProMultis LLC group to deliver and improve products and services.
Legal and protection purposes when reasonably necessary to comply with legal process, enforce our agreements, respond to claims, address fraud or security concerns, or protect rights, property, or safety.
Business transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
With your consent or at your direction, including content you choose to share publicly through the Services.
We do not sell information that identifies you, such as your name, email, phone number, or postal address. We may share aggregated or de-identified data with third parties at our discretion.
You may instruct us not to use your contact information for marketing purposes by contacting us at support@promultis.co. Commercial emails include unsubscribe instructions. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still send operational communications related to your account or transactions.
This Privacy Policy does not cover third parties' privacy practices, including those of physicians and other healthcare providers using the Services, device manufacturers, and any third-party websites or apps linked from our Services. We urge you to review their privacy policies separately.
Certain health information you provide may be considered Protected Health Information ("PHI") under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 ("HIPAA"). The licensed physicians and covered healthcare entities involved in your care are subject to HIPAA and maintain their own Notice of Privacy Practices, which will be provided in connection with your treatment.
ProMultis LLC, working alongside its healthcare partners (including Bask Health, Inc. and affiliated provider groups), supports the handling of PHI in accordance with applicable HIPAA regulations. Where we act as a Business Associate to a HIPAA-covered entity, we enter into Business Associate Agreements as required by law. PHI is used only for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations as permitted under HIPAA, unless you provide additional authorization.
We use technical and organizational safeguards including encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL), secure server environments, access controls, and regular security assessments to protect your information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is absolutely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will take steps to delete it promptly. Contact support@promultis.co if you believe a child has provided us with personal information.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and related California laws, California residents have additional rights. Some information we collect (such as protected medical information) is governed by other health privacy laws and is not subject to the CCPA.
The categories of personal information we collect, the purposes for which we use them, and the categories of third parties to which we disclose them are summarized below:
Identifiers, contact, commercial, and customer service data — disclosed to service providers, our affiliates, healthcare providers and services, and entities for legal and fraud prevention.
Financial information (handled by payment processors) — disclosed to payment processors, service providers, our affiliates, and entities for legal and fraud prevention.
Internet/device activity, geolocation, and demographic data — disclosed to service providers, our affiliates, and entities for legal and fraud prevention.
Physical characteristics and user-generated content — disclosed to service providers and our affiliates.
We use personal information to manage and improve the Services; for research, marketing, and analytics; to communicate with users; for technical support and customer service; for security and fraud prevention; and for legal compliance and defense.
California residents may request that we (i) inform you about the categories of personal information we collect or disclose, (ii) provide access or a copy of certain information, (iii) delete certain information, (iv) correct inaccurate information, and (v) limit the use of sensitive personal information. The CCPA also provides a right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
To exercise these rights, email support@promultis.co with your name, email, and the rights you wish to exercise. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity. Some information may be exempt from such requests under California law (for example, where retention is required to provide the Services).
ProMultis LLC does not, and will not, sell information that identifies you. Like many companies, we work with third parties that provide marketing and advertising services using cookies, pixels, and similar trackers. Because of the CCPA's broad definition of "sale," sharing online identifiers with these companies for advertising may be considered a "sale" under the CCPA. To opt out, visit the NAI, DAA, and Your Online Choices opt-out pages. These opt-outs are device- and browser-based.
Shine the Light. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.
Under Nevada law, certain Nevada consumers may opt out of the sale of "personally identifiable information" for monetary consideration. We do not engage in such sales. Nevada residents who have purchased services from us may submit an opt-out request to support@promultis.co; we will verify your identity and maintain your request in case our practices change.
Residents of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and other states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws may have rights similar to those described above for California residents, including rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a portable copy of personal information, and to opt out of certain processing such as targeted advertising and profiling. To exercise any such rights, contact us at support@promultis.co. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law and will take reasonable steps to verify your identity.
We keep your information for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which it is processed, and as required by applicable law. Health-related records may be retained for the period required by state and federal healthcare record retention laws.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the law, our practices, the Services, or technology. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate notice. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
